Privacy Policy
This page explains what data the site forms collect, why we need it and what you can do about it.
Who processes the data
The controller of personal data is — STALIUM, 7 Budindustrii Street, Kyiv, 01013. Contact regarding personal data: [email protected], +38 (077) 277-27-52.
What data we collect
Through the site forms — your name, phone number and the text of your enquiry (positions, volume, delivery city). That is all we ask for. Along with the request we automatically store the address of the page it was sent from, the IP address and the browser type — this is needed to tell a real enquiry from automated spam.
We do not collect payment details, passport data, health data or any other information that is not needed to issue an invoice for steel.
Why we need it
- to contact you and price up the order;
- to agree cutting, delivery and timing;
- to keep a record of enquiries so that none is lost.
This data is not used for mailings or advertising and is not passed to third parties.
Legal basis and retention
The basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). Requests are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your order and follow it up, but no longer than three years from the date of the enquiry. After that the record is deleted.
Who the data may be shared with
Your request reaches our managers. Technically it passes through the site hosting and the Telegram notification service — these are necessary carriers of the message, not recipients of your data. Data is not passed or sold to third parties for their own purposes.
Your rights
- to know exactly what data of yours we hold;
- to have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- to withdraw consent and request deletion;
- to receive an answer to your request within 30 days.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected] or give us a call. We will ask you to confirm your identity only as far as needed so that we do not hand someone else’s data to a stranger.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies to run the interface and anonymised web analytics to see which pages are useful and which are not. This data cannot identify a specific person. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working, though some conveniences may disappear.
Security
The site works over a secure HTTPS connection only. Access to requests is limited to staff who need it for their work, and the control panel is protected by a password and two-factor confirmation.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the text on this page. Last updated: 30.08.2026.
