Cut to the drawing
We cut posts, purlins and rafters to finished lengths, so only welding is left on site.
Square and rectangular hollow section from 20×20 to 80×80 for canopies, frames, gates and greenhouses. Cut to size, delivered across Kyiv.
Box section holds its shape better than round tube and is easier to weld: the flat face gives a clean seam and simple joint geometry. It is used for canopies and gazebos, gate frames, greenhouses, racking and purlins under corrugated sheet. Light structures work with 20×20 and 40×20; canopy posts usually take 60×60 or 80×80 with a wall from 3 mm.
Wall thickness matters as much as the section: the same 40×40 tube with a 2 mm and a 3 mm wall differs in stiffness and weight. If the structure carries snow or wind, follow the calculation rather than the cheapest option. We can suggest a typical selection for a canopy or gate, but the design decision stays with your engineer.

We cut posts, purlins and rafters to finished lengths, so only welding is left on site.
The tube travels with the rest of the order: sheet, angle and fixings on one truck.
Tell us the span and the purpose and we will suggest a typical section and wall thickness.
Weight per metre depends on the section and wall thickness. A table for all common sizes is in our reference section.
Posts are usually 60×60 or 80×80, purlins 60×40, battens 40×20. The exact choice depends on the span and snow load.
Yes. Send the cutting list and we will ship a finished set.
It is easier to join and fix: the flat face gives a flush fit, a convenient weld and simple fastening of sheet or polycarbonate.
Send a sketch or the canopy dimensions and we will calculate length, weight and the cost of the set.
Tell us what you need — we will work out the volume, the price and the delivery, and get back to you.
